YEA Leaders

YEA Leadership Program consists of youth ages 14 to 24 years old's. Youth will go through different training and mentoring sessions and attend 3 wellness retreats each year to work through our trauma informed curriculum called Youth Thrive 4 Youth. We walk all youth through the 5 protective and promotive factors and how they can increase their self awareness. Through our leadership we offer career exploration and community engagement opportunities.

Through YEA’ s consistent presence and workshops youth will increase confidence, self awareness, Knowledge and development, and learn new skills. First overcoming some of the challenges they have personally and helping someone younger navigate through that challenge is the cycle of change we offer youth. When achieving a facilitator, peer to peer navigator, or mentor youth will dive into social entrepreneurship that builds the community 1 person at a time.
